Human Privilege is not assuming that light skinned PoC (People of Color) are treated better than dark skinned PoC. A lot of Arabs are treated just as badly and they’re not dark either. A lot of places still treat First Nations like shit and they’re also pretty light in complexion. There are lots of places in Canada who treat the French like shit.

Human Privilege is knowing that when a person reads a book, unless it is otherwise specified, they’ll assume the character(s) are like them, whether it be Chinese, Irish, African, Arab, French, Polish, etc etc etc.
When a friend’s niece reads a book, she imagines the character(s) are First Nation because she is First Nation.
